The Journey Begins
Poonam started school at 3 years old, cried constantly, and was pulled out of school twice, struggling to assert her right to education.
The Transformation
She was enrolled in a Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) supported by the Mona Foundation, topped her grade, completed her B.A. in Education, and now runs a 'GyanSetu' center, providing digital literacy to children in her village.
